Widows and the Holidays

It's that time again. Time for cheer and joy as the holiday season is already here. But this is not a good time for those of us who are still grieving. We feel our losses more strongly than ever during this special season.  Even if we lost our loved ones years ago. We remember the good times. We watch Christmas movies over and over again. And we cry for those joyful Christmas days of the past. My book, "A Good Catch" is about widows who have grieved for years and are ready to get on with their lives. It is a joyful, fun novel because it offers hope for us. Hope that we will not always be lonely and that it is okay for us to still feel the pain of the passing of a loved one, especially during the holidays.
